In the production peak season, the Continuous Casting and Rolling Division of Longding Aluminum has announced a major success. Following the successive breakthroughs in November and December 2024, where production exceeded 17,000 and 18,000 tons respectively, this February showed a record output of 19,235 tons, with daily production exceeding to 582 tons, both setting new records since the establishment. This remarkable achievement not only embodies the wisdom of the Continuous Casting and Rolling team but also showcases the robust strength of the enterprise's high-quality development.
Data reveals that in February, the production rate for continuous casting and rolling mills reached 96.1%, with the customer complaint return rate strictly controlled to below 0.72%. Outlining the production team's ability to maintain high output while successfully completing 23 process transitions across different alloy types and product widths, demonstrating exceptional production capabilities.   
The head of the Continuous Casting and Rolling stated the main strategies: planning ahead to seize the Spring Festival peak crush to secure sample aluminum liquid resources; scheduling production to ensure quick turnover," accelerating metal flow and improving capital turnover efficiency; implementing meticulous equipment management and innovating a equipment maintenance model to enhance overall equipment efficiency.
As now under strong calls, 98 staff members from the Continuous Casting and Rolling Division are ready to sprint towards a common goal.
