On July 19th, the trial operation of Longding Aluminum's Skill Talent Development Path Construction Project overall started. Wang Nan, Deputy General Manager of the China Nonferrous Metal Industry Talent Center, Deputy Director of the Guiding Center for Vocational Skill Appraisal in the Nonferrous Metal Industry, and Leader of the project team, introduced the second phase achievements of the project, including the "Management Measures for the Skill Talent Occupational Development Path of Luoyang Longding Aluminum Co., Ltd." and the "Implementation Rules for the Skill Talent Occupational Development Evaluation of Luoyang Longding Aluminum Co., Ltd."
The head of the Strip and Sheet Division shared the experience and practices of the earlier pilot operation. Zhang Anle, Executive Deputy General Manager of Longding Aluminum, pointed out that the construction of the skill talent development path is a key part of Longding Aluminum's three-channel talent development system. It will provide more promotion opportunities for frontline skilled operators, encourage employees to continuously improve their personal skills and overall quality, enhance the overall competitiveness of the company. He also announced the comprehensive launch of the trial operation of the Skill Talent Development Path Construction Project.
