in 2022, the top 50 non-ferrous metal companies realized a significant increase in operating revenue, reaching a totalof 6 046 57 bilion vuan.which was an increase of 643.87 billion vuan compared to 2021. representing a vear-on-veaigrowth of 11.9%. This accounted for approximately 75.6% of the total operating revenue of large-scale non-ferousmetal enterprises.The threshold for inclusion in the top 50 non-ferrous metal companies by operating revenue in 2022was raised to 27.8 billion yuan, which was an increase of 9.6 billion yuan compared to 2021, representing ayear-on-year growth of 52.8%.
In 2022, the top 50 non-ferrous metal companies in terms of net profit demonstrated strong operational efficiency andcost control, with outstanding profitability. ln terms of profit scale, the net proft of the top 50 companies amounted to271.55 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.8%. Among these, 33 companies realized an increase in net profitwhile 17 companies experienced a decrease. Looking at profitability, the top 50 companies achieved a profit margin of5.9%. which was 1.7 percentage points higher than that of laroe-scale non-ferrous metal industrial enterporises (4.2%).
